As part of our commitment to community service, compassion, and social responsibility, our team organized an outreach visitation to an orphanage home in Awka. The purpose of the visit was to spend quality time with the children, provide support through donations, encourage them emotionally, and contribute positively to their wellbeing.
The outreach was carried out successfully with the participation of members of our organization, who came together to show love, care, and support to the children and the management of the orphanage home.
Objectives of the Outreach
- To show love and support to the children at the orphanage home.
- To donate essential items and supplies to assist the home.
- To encourage and motivate the children through interaction and activities.
- To strengthen community relationships and promote humanitarian service.
- To create awareness about the importance of caring for vulnerable children.
Activities Carried Out
- Introduction and welcome session with the management and staff of the orphanage home.
- Donation presentation of essential items including food items, toiletries, clothing materials, educational materials, snacks and beverages, and other welfare supplies.
- Interactive session with the children through conversations, games, storytelling, music, and motivational talks.
- Entertainment and fun activities to create a joyful atmosphere and make the children feel loved and appreciated.
- Words of encouragement, appreciation from the orphanage management, and prayers for the children and the visiting team.
The outreach concluded successfully and reflected our ongoing commitment to humanitarian service, compassion, and support for vulnerable children.
